



Two Men Arrested in Connection with North Little Rock’s Third Homicide of 2008
North Little Rock, Ar (March 18th, 2008)
The North Little Rock Police Department has arrested two men in connection with the Sunday night homicide. Two men were arrested early this morning and charged in connection with the homicide of Christopher Terry which occurred Sunday night at 6301 Camp Robinson Road. Cedrick L. Mhoon(09-02-1972) of Conway, and his brother, Andra L. Bates(09-14-1971) of North Little Rock, are charged with Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery. Mhoon and Bates and are being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility under no bond.
On 3-16-2008, just before 9 PM, North Little Rock Police Officers responded to 6301 Camp Robinson Road, the Arrington Apartments, after a 9*1*1 call reported a disturbance and shots fired. Upon the officers arrival, they located Christopher L. Terry in the front seat of a blue Hyundai. Terry was suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
This is North Little Rock’s third homicide of 2008.
Identities of Accident Victims on Maumelle Boulevard in North Little Rock Released Today
North Little Rock, Ar (March 13th, 2008)
The identities of two people involved in a fatality accident yesterday on Maumelle Boulevard are released.
On 3-12-2008, just after 3:00 P.M., North Little Rock Police Officers responded to the 9800 block of Maumelle Boulevard in reference to a traffic accident with injury. Upon the arrival of officers, they located a gold Honda and a white SUV that had been involved in an accident. The driver of the gold Honda, who was pronounced dead at the scene, has been identified as Lucille Henry, 84 years of age of North Little Rock. The driver of the white SUV, who received only minor injuries, was identified as Thomas Brown, 23 years of age of Little Rock.
According to witness statements, the gold Honda was attempting to cross Maumelle Boulevard traveling southbound. The gold Honda pulled into the westbound lanes of Maumelle Boulevard and was struck on the driver’s side by the white SUV. This investigation is still ongoing.
North Little Rock Police Investigating the City’s Third Homicide of 2008

The North Little Rock Police Department is investigating the city’s third homicide of 2008 after a man is found dead in a car at 6301 Camp Robinson Road.
On 3-16-2008, just before 9 PM, North Little Rock Police Officers responded to 6301 Camp Robinson Road, the Arrington Apartments, after a 9*1*1 call reported a disturbance and shots fired. Upon the officers arrival, they located an unidentified black male in the front seat of a blue Hyundai. The victim was suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
As of yet there are no suspects and anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to contact the North Little Rock Police Department at 501.758.1234. This is North Little Rock’s third homicide of 2008.
Third Person Charged with Capital Murder in Connection with November 2007 Home Intrusion Robbery
North Little Rock, Ar (March 26th, 2008)
A North Little Rock man was taken into custody by the FBI in Jacksonville, Florida and is being charged with Capital Murder in connection with a November 2007 home intrusion robbery.
With the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a third person was arrested Monday afternoon in Jacksonville, Florida in connection with a November 2007 home intrusion robbery that left one man dead and his step father wounded. Sammie Madden, 24 of North Little Rock, was interviewed by two North Little Rock Police Department Detectives on Wednesday in Jacksonville, Florida. Madden provided detectives with details of his involvement in the incident. Madden is charged with Capital Murder, Criminal Attempt to Commit Capital Murder, and Aggravated Robbery and is currently awaiting extradition back to Arkansas.
Michael Jackson, 25, of North Little Rock, and Cherick Charles Coleman, 16, were previously arrested and they also face charges of Capital Murder, Criminal Attempt to Commit Capital Murder, and Aggravated Robbery.
On 11-13-2007, just before 7:30 PM, North Little Rock Officers responded to a robbery in progress at 1903 West Long 17th Street. Upon the officers arrival, two white male victims suffering from gunshot wounds were located inside the residence. One victim, who was identified as Shawn Bisbee, 30, of North Little Rock was transported to Baptist Hospital at Springhill where he later died from injuries sustained in the shooting. Bisbee’s stepfather, David Rogers, 53, also of North Little Rock, was transported to Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, treated for his injuries, and later released.
Two North Little Rock Men Arrested and Another Sought in Connection with 2007 Homicide
North Little Rock, Ar (May 1st, 2008)
Two North Little Rock men were charged with Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery in connection with a November, 2007 homicide. Brandon Booth, 21, and Ray Lee Hollister, 20, were both arrested and charged for their part in the murder of Cornelius Delaney. Both men are being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility with no bond. A third suspect, Billy Ray Moore, 21, is being sought by police and has active warrants for capital murder and aggravated robbery.
On 11-25-2007 at approximately 2 p.m., North Little Rock police officers responded to a possible sick or injured person lying in the front yard of 2009 West. 16th Street. When they arrived, they found Cornelius Delaney, 39, of Hot Springs, lying unresponsive in the front yard. He was discovered to have at least one gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The North Little Rock Police Department has identified the city’s third homicide victim of 2008.

Upon the officers arrival, they located an unidentified black male in the front seat of a blue Hyundai. The victim was suffering from a gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as Christopher L. Terry, of North Little Rock.
